উপজেলা পরিবার পরিকল্পনা কার্যালয়

চান্দিনা উপজেলা পরিষদের কোর্ট বিল্ডিং ভবনে উপজেলা পরিবার পরিকল্পনা কার্যালয়টি অবস্থিত। অত্র কার্যালয় হতে উপজেলা পরিবার পরিকল্পনা বিভাগের আর্থিক ও প্রশাসনিক কর্মকান্ড পরিচালিত হয় । মাঠ পর্যায়ের সকল কর্মকান্ড তদারকি ও প্রয়োজনীয় দিক নির্দেশনা অত্র কার্যালয় হতে দেয়া হয়।

Vision:

The vision is to see the peoples healthies, happier and economically productive to make Bangladesh a middle income country by 2021.

Mission:

The mission is to create conditions whereby the people of Bangladesh have the oppertunity to reach and maintain the highest attainable level of health.

Goal:

The goal is to ensure quality and equitable health care for all citizens in Bangladesh by improving access to and utilization of health, population and nutrition services. A number of development activities in other key sectors implemented throughout Bangladesh will contribute to achievement of this goal along with HPNSDP
